CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES

MULTAQA has a 9-years history of providing construction management and engineering services as agents for governments and commercial

clients. We have the staffing and recruiting capability to mobilize experienced personnel and subject matter experts wherever there is a client need. We provide technical experts and critical services for clients to ensure their projects exceed their expectations.

• Managed construction in all of Iraq past nine
• Provide Construction Management Quality Assurance services as Title II or as owner’s representative, providing a legally defensible record of the construction.
• Earned Value project management to measure construction progress
• Engineering and Schedule Analysis and negotiation of change orders including Primavera P6 scheduling capability or MPM and net-work analysis capabilities.
• Document control and management of submittals and Health and Safety Inspections are performed according to OSHA and Tri- Service standards.
